Prestige Park Street Gallery
The Prestige Park Street gallery serves as the visual library for this Devanahalli development in North Bangalore. It showcases architectural designs, tower elevations, and floor plans. It also features rendered visuals of the homes, clubhouse, and central park.
These visuals bring the architecture and landscaping to life before the homes are built, helping buyers picture daily life at Prestige Park Street.
Please note: Prestige Park Street is a pre-launch project. Every image on this page is an architectural render or design illustration representing design intent, not photography of a completed building. We mark renders as indicative rather than presenting them as delivered condition. On-site progress photography is added once construction commences and RERA registration is in place.
Prestige Park Street Virtual Tour
A guided virtual tour of Prestige Park Street will showcase a model home, the clubhouse and the central park. The tour is being prepared for release alongside the project launch in October 2026, with early access provided on request through the enquiry form.
Gallery — Visual Walkthrough
What each set of visuals actually shows, and what it tells you about how the project has been planned. Read this alongside the images above.
Aerial Composition
The high-angle aerial renders show the full 5-acre mixed-use layout against the Devanahalli skyline — the residential towers grouped around the green core on one side of the central boulevard, and the enterprise estate on the other. The perimeter planting and tree-lined internal roads frame the composition. In the background, the Kempegowda International Airport corridor and NH-44 / Bellary Road sweep northward.
The aerial perspective makes three planning decisions immediately legible: the way the towers are spaced to preserve sight-lines to the central park rather than packed to the boundary; the green core as the social heart of the residential zone; and the central boulevard acting as a genuine buffer between homes and the working business park — which is the single most distinctive feature of this project and the hardest thing to grasp from a floor plan alone.
Tower Elevations
The frontal elevation renders show the residential towers with a contemporary glass-and-stone treatment — vertical fenestration on the bedroom faces, wider horizontal glazing on the living-room aspects, and cantilevered balconies breaking up the vertical run. The double-height arrival lobby at ground level and the stone-clad columns at the base anchor each tower visually to its landscape rather than letting it read as a freestanding object.
The elevation deliberately reads as residential rather than adopting the commercial glass-curtain look common to high-rise launches in this band — a relevant distinction on a site that also contains an enterprise estate.
Arrival Sequence and Lobby
The arrival renders show the gated entrance with its manned security point, the landscaped drop-off porch leading to the double-height lobby, and the split that routes residents either to the lift core or down the basement ramp. Avenue trees line both sides of the drive, with ornamental flowering shrubs at the porch and a deliberately calm, low-clutter approach.
Inside, the lobby shows a concierge desk, a seating lounge for visitors and delivery handovers, and a service entry to the staircase and fire control room. The material palette is restrained — stone-clad walls, polished stone flooring, brushed-metal lift surrounds and a single sculptural lighting element anchoring the volume.
Clubhouse and Pool Deck
The clubhouse renders show the 50,000 sq ft volume opening onto the central park, with the swimming pool deck on its outer face. Full-height sliding glass connects the indoor lounge to the pool deck, with day-bed loungers around the pool perimeter, a separate children's pool with shallow play features, and changing rooms and equipment stores concealed behind a screen feature wall.
The pool deck is oriented to capture late-afternoon and evening sun, with the shoulder of the clubhouse shading the deck through the harshest hours of the day. A pergola-covered seating cluster at the deeper end provides a sheltered outdoor lounge suitable for evening use.
Fitness District and Indoor Amenities
The gymnasium renders show a glazed wall facing the central park, with cardio equipment along the window face and strength training in the inner core — air-conditioned, naturally lit, over a rubberised athletic floor finish. Adjacent indoor amenity volumes include the indoor games room with table tennis, billiards and board games; the party hall for resident events; the lounge; and the mini-theatre. These share the clubhouse footprint, forming a continuous weather-protected indoor amenity zone.
Central Park, Gardens and Greens
The landscape renders show the central park with its water body at the heart of the residential zone, the open lawns and gardens around it, and the tree-lined internal avenues running between the towers. The planting favours South Indian native and naturalised species, which lowers irrigation demand and supports local birdlife.
The jogging and cycling tracks are shown running through the green core and along the internal avenues, with marked separation between running and cycling lanes at the narrower sections.
Children, Family and Sports Zones
The children's play area renders show shaded play equipment over soft-fall safety surfacing, positioned within the green core for direct visibility from the surrounding seating — so supervising parents can watch from a distance. The crèche sits within the clubhouse envelope.
The multisports court is shown rubberised, weatherproof and floodlit for evening play, with fencing to contain balls. The cycling and jogging tracks complete the active-sports cluster.
Inside the Homes — Interior Renders
The interior visuals are the most useful part of the gallery for a buyer, because they show how each configuration is intended to be lived in rather than just how much area it carries.
Living and Dining
The living-dining renders show an open-plan sequence with the sofa cluster facing the entertainment wall, the dining table set near the kitchen, and the balcony treated as a visual extension of the living space rather than an afterthought. Flooring is shown as large-format vitrified tile in a warm neutral tone. The kitchen platform is visible through a half-height open partition, keeping sight-lines open between cooking and living areas.
Across the configurations the same template widens rather than changes: a four-seater dining setting in the compact layout, a six-seater in the mid layout, and an eight-seater with an L-shaped sofa and a sideboard in the largest.
Bedrooms
The bedroom renders show a full-height wardrobe running along the longer wall, bedside tables either side, and a window aspect that carries daylight deep into the room. The master bedroom render adds a king bed, a wardrobe niche, and an attached bathroom visible through the doorway with a vanity unit and a glass-enclosed shower area. A compact study desk by the window appears in the larger configurations.
Kitchen and Utility
The modular kitchen render shows a granite-top platform with provision for chimney, hob, sink and water purifier, modular cabinetry above and below the platform, and a utility extension carrying the washing-machine point and dry-storage shelving. The layout keeps the wet utility separated from the main cooking run.
Bathrooms
The bathroom renders show a wall-mounted basin over a vanity, floor-mounted EWC, full-height tiled walls, a glass-enclosed wet area with an overhead shower, and a false ceiling with concealed lighting. Sanitaryware and CP fittings are shown at premium-brand grade.
Balconies
Balconies are shown across all configurations as usable outdoor rooms rather than token projections — sized for seating, with railings detailed to keep the view open from a seated position.
Interior renders show design intent. Final finishes, fittings, sanitaryware brands and appliance provisions are confirmed in the RERA-registered specification schedule and in the sample apartment at the sales office. Furniture and décor shown in renders are for presentation only and are not part of the sale.

Keeping the Gallery Updated
Current visuals display planned designs and layout concepts rather than delivered condition. As the project moves from pre-launch into construction, this gallery is updated in stages so buyers can track progress rather than relying on renders alone.
- Pre-launch (now): architectural renders, elevations and layout concepts, marked as indicative.
- At launch: the virtual tour, the full brochure image library, and walkthrough video of the sample apartment.
- Once construction commences: on-site progress photography added at a monthly cadence, alongside structural-stage photographs.
- Approaching handover: finish-stage photography of completed apartments, amenity zones and landscape, in the year leading up to possession.
Construction commencement follows Karnataka RERA registration, which is currently in progress. Handover is presently indicated for December 2031. Both dates should be confirmed against the RERA-filed project timeline once the registration number is issued.
The Sample Apartment
Ahead of and after launch, a representative sample apartment is expected to be available for walk-through at the on-site sales office. The sample apartment is the single most useful reference a pre-launch buyer has, because it shows the actual specification grade for flooring, kitchen platform, sanitaryware, doors, windows, wardrobes and electrical fittings — letting you assess finish quality directly rather than inferring it from a render. Confirm the current set-up status with the sales team when booking a visit.
How to Use This Gallery
Renders are a starting point, not evidence. A few ways to get real value from them before you commit:
- Save the key compositions. Keep the tower elevation, the clubhouse and pool view, and the interior render for your target configuration to hand during the brochure walk-through and the site visit — then ask directly where the render and the sanctioned plan differ.
- Validate against the approved plan. Check the visual material against the approved building plan from the relevant planning authority, the RERA-registered specification schedule, and the on-site sample apartment. Where a render shows something the specification schedule does not list, the specification schedule governs.
- Check what is included. Furniture, soft furnishings, light fittings and appliances shown in interior renders are presentation items and are not part of the sale unless the specification schedule says otherwise.
- Request configuration-specific material. Ask the sales team for the configuration-wise floor plan PDFs and the specification schedule for the unit type you are considering, via the contact page.
- Compare like with like. When comparing against other Devanahalli launches, compare interior renders against interior renders and delivered photography against delivered photography — not one against the other.
Design Consistency Across the Project
Beyond the individual renders, the visual material shows a consistent design language running through the project — the signage at the entry gate, the lobby treatment, the lift-cab interiors, the amenity-zone wayfinding, and the resident-facing collateral such as the welcome kit and maintenance handover documentation.
That consistency is a soft but meaningful signal. It reflects an institutional approach to design standards applied across a developer's portfolio rather than decisions taken project by project, and it is one of the things worth looking for when assessing a pre-launch development where there is no delivered building to inspect.

Gallery FAQs
Common questions on what the visuals cover at this stage, how they were produced, and what gets added as the project progresses. All current imagery is architectural rendering, not photography.

Send an enquiry and the team shares the latest renders, floor-plan layouts and the virtual tour as they are released. On-site photos follow once construction is underway.
Yes. Site visits are guided by the sales team. Send your preferred day through the contact form and the team shares the exact meeting point, the approach route and the current ground status, so you know what stage the site is at before you travel.
A sample home or experience centre is standard practice for pre-launch projects of this scale. It is the best way to assess actual finish quality — flooring, kitchen platform, sanitaryware, doors, wardrobes and electrical fittings — rather than judging from renders. Confirm the current set-up status with the sales team when you book a visit.
Because the project is pre-launch, architectural renders and design illustrations are the working reference until construction progresses on site. We prefer to mark renders as indicative rather than present them as completed photography. Furniture and décor shown in interior renders are presentation items and are not part of the sale.
